Our selection process is simple, offering two pricing levels and extensive menus that change seasonally to incorporate the best of the islands locally available ingredients. - Island Fancy ($60 per person) Choose 1 salad, 2 entrées, 3 sides and 1 dessert
- Island Superior ($80 per person) Choose 2 salads, 3 entrées, 3 sides and 2 desserts
- $15 per person for three Passed Appetizers
- $250 surcharge for buffets for under 20 guests
- $275 chefs fee for parties of up to 6, $15 per person after 6
- $180 per sous chef- required for parties of 10 or more, second sous chef required 30+ guests
- $180 per server-5 hours includes setup and breakdown-requires 1 server per every 20 guests
- $180 per bartender- 5 hours including setup and breakdown
- $180 per dishwasher- required for all events over 12 guests
- Overtime available at $75 per hour per chef, $50 per hour per staff member
- Includes disposable plates and utensils, set up, clean up and trash removal
- 20% service fee applied to all events
