General Services


All of our menus are written on an individual basis for each client's particular needs and can be revised if necessary.

Here are some of the services we offer as well as ballpark pricing (dependent on menus).

Formal Private Chef services:Includes menu, food, delivery, chef and wait staff on site, coursed out dinners (silver changes, etc.) three hour event time limit, china, silver, linens, set up, clean up, trash removal3 course $115 pp5 course $150 pp8 course $195 pp

Wine packages can be added to complement your personalized menus, if desired. We have access to many wholesale wines and liquors.

Family-style Chef service
Includes menu, food, delivery, setup with villa's own supplies, family style service (self-serve, not plated), chef on site, cleanup, trash removal
From $65 pp

Grill pack drop off

Includes starch, veg side, salad, protein, sauces & dressings, dessert. Proteins are ready to be grilled, finished at the house by someone ion your group.
From $55 pp

Family style delivery
Same as above, but proteins are cooked, sauced and ready to be eaten.
From $55 pp

Plated breakfast
Includes breakfast cooked and served by on-site chef (eggs benedict or omelets, etc.).
From $35 pp

We implement a 20% service charge on all food and beverage, plus a $180 chef's fee per visit. On drop-off items there is a delivery charge instead of the chef's fee.

We would be pleased to offer a 5% overall discount on food and beverage charges if your party books 5 or more separate events/deliveries. We also would be happy to offer provisioning services if you book an event with us.

Please let me know if you are interested in reserving any or all dates during your stay and which services you require. Once a deposit is made, we can start developing menus based on your tastes. It is a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure any date, with the balance due upon completion.
