It's a match made in culinary heaven! We recently teamed up with Starfish Gourmet and Wines to create gourmet takeout lunches. It's kinda like playing Iron Chef on a daily basis: we go in the mornings to check out the produce and survey the inventory, and just a few hours later we've whipped up healthy, gourmet lunches that go for anywhere from $7.95 to $15.95. Four to six items each day are being put together, including dishes like jumbo lump crab cakes with sweet potato and corn hash and spicy aioli, or gourmet pasta with andouille sausage, sauteed kale and caramelized onion. Initial response has been so good that our friend Paul, who happens to manage the Gourmet and Wines store, is moving forward with expanding the counter area all the way to the window so people can watch our talented chefs from the outside of the store as they work. Check us out five days a week [ Mon - Sat] at Starfish Gourmet and Wines. We'll have lunch ready for you starting at around 11 am.

Starfish Gourmet is located in the lower level of The Marketplace just across from Starfish Market.
