After a nice quiet lull, we're finally starting to see busy season pick up.
The festivities kicked off with a crew of repeat customers from North Jersey, who stayed at Presidio del Mar to celebrate the wedding of two of their friends. We cooked several meals for them during their seven-night stay, and we kept the Patron flowing. Alan and his gang are a fun bunch, and they always treat us well. Can't go wrong with that!
We've got our turkeys in a row for the push of Thanksgiving week, and we'll also be supplememting our friend Julie Slodden's upcoming wedding at Oppenheimer. They're putting on a pig roast and clam bake, and we're helping them out with some staff and passed appetizers. It's sure to be a good party.
As if that wasn't enough, we just sent off our menu for the 2010 BVI Winemakers Dinner, which we're anticipating will be a top-notch event. We leave for the grand culinary adventure on November 30.
