As a way of accommodating our more casual visitors to St. John, we are
proud to now offer family style dining. This version of our chef
service provides all the convenience of a chef on-site without the
formality that plated dinner and a server can offer on those special
nights. One of our chefs will come to your villa, armed with just
their knives and the food, set up your table and create the meal of
your choice (an entree, three sides and a dessert) while you and your guests relax. When its ready, the food
is plated on the dish ware of the house and is self-serve. Afterwards,
you can adjourn to a lounge area to continue the evening while the chef
tidies up and hauls out the trash.
All of our menus are designed around our clients preferences. We also take into account whatever foods are locally in season and use them as much as possible when creating your special night. Get
