St. John Catering

Kismet has one of those great kitchens that is incredibly functional, which helped the Outpatient Ophthalmic Surgery Society's five day corporate retreat run incredibly smoothly. 

 

We welcomed the ophthamologists with a cocktail party where we passed appetizers and served up spirits at the bar. Each morning, we had a breakfast buffet featuring simple fare like scrambled eggs and bacon, which the doctors dined on before their morning lecture. Lunch was served buffet style as well, with foods like wraps and pasta salad. On the last night of the retreat, we presented a coursed out dinner complete with wine pairings.

 

Each meal went smoothly with the help of two staff and Kismet's exceptionally utilitarian kitchen (one of our favorites to work in).
