Please read this carefully. You will be asked to verify that you
have read this when you request a reservation or place an order.
• Reservations and orders are based upon
availability. All reservations must be confirmed by Mathayom
Private Chefs, LLC (forthwith known as MPC). Please do not assume
that your order is placed unless you speak with an MPC representative.
• Reservations and orders may be placed up to 30
hours in advance (noon the day before). However, short-notice
orders may be denied. For the greatest chance of success, please
plan ahead. We appreciate at the very least two weeks notice for
Private Events and Provisioning and at least two days notice for our
Drop-Off Service.
• Minimum Delivery is $200 for food and beverage.
• 20% (on food and beverage only) service charge added to all parties.
• Delivery Fees Apply for provisioning and drop-off. Please see our zones.
• On Site Chef’s Fee is $180 per event, regardless of
courses, for parties under ten. For parties of ten or more,
Chef’s fee is $15 per person. This has our Chef on premises for
no more than 3 ½ hours. Time overages are billed at $60 per
man-hour. Large Parties are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• All Private Events include one server for every
eight guests for the 3 hour duration of the Event. Should your
needs require more servers or more time, the billable rate is $45 per
man-hour with a three hour minimum for extra staff.
• One Menu per Event. Small adjustments may be
made at Chef’s discretion to accommodate for those within your party
who have dietary constraints.
• A minimum of two servings per food item is required for the A La Carte Entree Drop-Off Menu.
• 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure all
Event dates and deliveries. Not responsible for cancellation due
to acts of nature, transportation difficulties, death in the family,
change of plans, or illness.
• Balances due: For Private Events and Drop-Off,
balance is due upon delivery. For provisioning, balance is due no
later than one week prior to delivery. For Large Parties, final
head count and payment are due no later than 30 days prior to the Event.
• Payment Methods:
Visa or MasterCard. Please have your billing address at hand.
Certified or Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Local Check, Cash, or Traveler’s Check.
